This 200gsm, 100% pure linen fabric, undyed anf unbleached flax, is a pre-shrunk, stonewashed textile designed for maximum softness and a relaxed, naturally creased, and beautifully worn-out look. It's perfect for creating comfortable, durable, and stylish items with an effortless, timeless charm.

At 200gsm (grams per square meter), which translates to approximately 6oz per square yard, this is a medium-weight linen. It offers a good balance of durability and drape. It's substantial enough to have a lovely body and substance, making it versatile for a wide range of garments and home textiles, but it's not overly heavy or stiff.

The fabric has already undergone a washing or processing step that minimizes future shrinkage. This is a huge advantage, as you can confidently cut and sew your projects knowing that the finished item will retain its size and shape after washing.

Stonewashed for Ultimate Softness: This mechanical treatment breaks down the linen fibers, making the fabric incredibly soft, supple, and pliable right from the start. It eliminates the initial stiffness often associated with raw linen, making it exceptionally comfortable against the skin.

The stonewashing process naturally creates a beautifully textured, casually creased, and slightly crinkled appearance. It's designed to have a "like a worn and wash-out look", giving it a relaxed, slightly faded, and timeless aesthetic, as if it's been a beloved item for years. This also means it embraces linen's natural tendency to wrinkle, making it a feature rather than a flaw – minimal or no ironing is needed for this relaxed style.

The combination of stonewashing and the "worn & wash-out look" results in a fabric that feels incredibly soft and comfortable, drapes beautifully, and has an authentic, rustic-chic appeal.
